Hope Women's Center - Easley - pregnancy care center, serving families in Pickens County, during and after pregnancy

Miracle Hill Ministries - Always open. With locations in four Upstate counties – Greenville, Spartanburg, Pickens and Cherokee – Miracle Hill operates four adult homeless shelters, three children/youth homeless shelters, and eight thrift stores. It also offers residential addiction recovery programs and recruits foster care families in the Upstate.
