Downtown Greenville Apartments
While the City of Greenville is fairly spread out, it's also home to one of the most unique and exciting downtown areas in South Carolina. One of the best ways to explore downtown Greenville is to hop on one of the free trolleys and take a ride down Main Street. Here you'll find an eclectic mix of specialty shops, bars, and restaurants. There's even a brewery and a moonshine distillery!
Downtown Greenville is also home to beautiful Falls Park, a 26-acre urban oasis highlighted by Reedy River Falls and the Liberty Bridge. Other downtown attractions include the Peace Center and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, which host some of the biggest musical performances in South Carolina.
Greer Apartments
The City of Greer straddles the boundary line of Greenville County and Spartanburg County. It is located just off I-85 between Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, Georgia. Downtown Greer, also known as Greer Station, is home to a large historic district, as well as a great selection of shops, museums, and restaurants. You can even catch a live performance at the Greer Opry House.
Haywood Road Apartments
The Haywood Road area of Greenville is located east of downtown, near I-385. Known as "Uptown Greenville," the area is a bustle of activity with the Greenville Downtown Airport, Haywood Mall, and many restaurants located here.
Laurens Road Apartments
A main thoroughfare leading southeast out of downtown to I-85, Laurens Road has something to offer everyone. With restaurants and several residential areas, this part of Greenville could easily become your new home.
Mauldin Apartments
Mauldin is located in northwestern South Carolina, approximately 10 miles southeast of Greenville. The city was named for William Mauldin, who, as Lieutenant Governor of the state in 1886, used his influence to alter the route for a new railroad to come through the town rather than to by-pass it. Today, Mauldin is home to regional grocer Bi-Lo.
Paris Mountain Apartments
Located just a few miles north of Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park was established in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The land was originally used by the Greenville Water System as the site of its first reservoir built in 1890. Today, this area is still a quiet, natural setting surprising close to downtown.
Pelham Road Apartments
Running parallel to I-385 east of Downtown Greenville, the Pelham Road corridor is a mix of commercial and residential properties. Boasting views that stretch from downtown to the mountains, this area was chosen by Thomas O. Lowndes in the 1800s to build his stately Lowndes Hill House in order to capture the best view in Greenville. Conveniently located for commuters combined with varied residential amenities, many call this east Greenville community home.
Piedmont Apartments
The Town of Piedmont straddles the border between Anderson County and Greenville County. Throughout history, many have found Piedmont an ideal location to settle thanks to the Saluda River which runs through the center of town.
Sans Souci Apartments
Situated northwest of downtown Greenville, Sans Souci is French for "worry-free". Residents pronounce it "san SOO-see". Developed as one of the only early, non-mill village neighborhoods found outside the City of Greenville, this area has historically been largely residential and remains the same today.
Woodruff Road Apartments
Running through the southeastern section of Greenville County, Woodruff Road is populated mostly by businesses, with its residential subdivisions located off this main artery. Intersecting I-85 and I-385, all will find themselves in this area of Greenville at some time to take advantage of the many businesses that line Woodruff Road.
