    Guest review: Bathtub had soap scum; housekeeper was sent up to clean it when we called to complain, but she said it wouldn't come off - front desk clerk made an excuse about problems with cleaners - we were upgraded us to room with a whirlpool, but I wasn't sure it had been sanitized - room was next to noisy fitness room, and checkout clerk wasn't sympathetic when I mentioned the problem - Oct 2007
