Guest review: Easy access from the highway; close to Carowinds - hotel was comfortable and attractive, especially inside - good lighting and layout - I liked having a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave for popcorn from the vending machine - enjoyed the public computer in the lobby - service was fast, efficient, and pleasant - appreciated the exercise facility, complete with bottled water - I'd definitely stay again - Oct 2007
Guest review: Requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking one - I found a room at a different hotel, but then front desk clerk informed me a king non-smoking room was available and went out of her way to help me - breakfast buffet was a disaster, hardly had anything available - needed coffee - too much of a hassle, not impressed - Aug 2007
